Togores, is an Architect with a degree from the University of Havana (Cuba) and a Ph D in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria (Spain).
Took part in the massive plans of peasant housing and school buildings developed in Cuba during the sixties and seventies.
Since 1980 he has been dedicated to research on advanced design methods.
These investigations led him to make contact with Auto CAD, a tool with which he has.
