Godin's Kajukenbo training, but most importantly describes in detail the nearly sixty year unsolved murder mystery of his Godin's instructor, Joe Emperado.
It also discusses the other four co-founders (and a lost legacy of a sixth founder) of the Kajukenbo system who played an important role in starting and developing Kajukenbo and gives a little more detail of these men's martial arts history.
The last chapter of the book shows illustrated self-defense techniques from Kempo and Kajukenbo practitioners from the U.
S mainland and Hawaii.
