Jack Mc Kenna is a hockey prodigy in Canada's fabled Juniors.
Expected to follow the normal path of hockey stardom, Jack eschews a sure NHL-bound path to be the first one in his family to graduate from university.
Born to a Western Canadian family that prides itself on passion of purpose and patriotism, Jack enrolls at Mc Gill University and falls in love with a daughter of an affluent Quebec family whose moral compass is questionable.
While he leaves the game as a player, he still holds on to the virtues he embraced in the game: dedication, commitment, belief in purpose, and holding on to a dream.
Graduating from Mc Gill, Jack takes his strength of purpose, along with his new love, to a new country, in pursuit of a new dream.
