He served as an applied sport psychology practitioner with the Utah Jazz (NBA) for 32 years, USA Track and Field, USA Gymnastics, US Aerials Ski Team, US Speedskating Teams, the US Men's Alpine Ski Team, the University of Utah Athletic Department, and Brigham Young University Athletic Department.
Keith lives in Salt Lake City, enjoying his retirement with his lovely wife, Julie.
