About the Author: Mary Grabar, Ph.
, is a resident fellow at the Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization in Clinton, New York.
She earned her Ph.
in English from the University of Georgia in 2002 and taught college English for 20 years, most recently at Emory University (2007-2013).
She has been writing about education since 2006 and has had hundreds of articles published in such places as Minding the Campus, Weekly Standard, The Federalist, Townhall, School Reform News, City Journal, American Greatness, and Accuracy in Media.
She is founder and executive director of the Dissident Prof Education Project, Inc.
, an education reform initiative at which she runs a blog and newsletter.
Her scholarly and literary articles have been published in Academic Questions, Renascence, Slovene Studies, and Literature and the Conservative Ideal (Edited by Mark Zunac, Lexington Books, New York, 2016).
She has presented papers at St.
Vincent College, Lee University, Leiden University, the National Association of Scholars, the Alexander Hamilton Institute, Adult Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors, and America's Survival at the National Press Club.
