Harlan, Kentucky mayor Fred Knapp plans a super festival to celebrate the mysterious, powerful, historic artifacts that are placed on public display each year.
North Korea's madman Supreme Leader, Kim Jong-un, envisions having possession of the artifacts as key to his plans for world dominion.
Accordingly, he sends three teams to (1) steal the artifacts, (2) kill 10 North Korean deserters now residing in Harlan County, and (3) kill Harlan County Sheriff J.
