He was in sales for more than twenty years and finally Director of Faith Formation at a Midland Catholic parish for nine years.
He wrote a monthly op-ed column for the Midland Daily News for about eight years and published three books.
He also has a MA in Latin and a Master of Pastoral Studies degrees.
