Carter.
Maxwell attended East Waco, Texas Elementary School, J.
Jenkins, which was very rural and segregated school, and G.
Carver High School Waco, Texas.
He had served and was a retired US army.
He was part of two campaigns in South Vietnam and had other duties in the continental America.
Maxwell is a graduate of Sawyer College and Durham College, just to name a couple.
Maxwell has five children and a host of grandkids and great-grandkids.
He is a minister of the gospel and other traits.
