In this book, I want to help as many people as I can make better choices and live a better life as a diabetic based on my life story and the things that I went through.

I dealt with so many illnesses and went through so many things because I just did not do right.

I did not eat the right things and did not manage my diabetes like I was supposed to.

I also wanted to educate, inspire, and motivate as many people as possible through my life story and let them know that if I made it through all my problems and all the illnesses, then they could do the same.
