About the Author Alun Harris has a degree and Ph D in Applied Physics and has published over 100 papers in physics/engineering.

His interest in Aikido and Aikijujutsu started over 25 years ago when he read Tohei's classic book Aikido.

This life changing moment started a research project to understand the meaning of Aiki that has resulted in his latest publication the Principle of Aiki and its Application in Aikido and Aikijujutsu.
