People unintentionally limit themselves with questions they routinely ask themselves.
Questions like, why does this always happen to me? or why am I such a failure? are often repeated in peoples' minds and this leads to a resulting negative answer, and negative thought patterns.
In contrast, a more optimal question such as what can I learn from this for next time? or what am I proud of myself for? leads to a more positive, growth-focused answer and outcome.
