Sammy the dragon lives in a dragon village on a small continent.
His fellows are almost the only peaceful dragons in the world because they have learned to take out their aggession in competition instead of violence.
A witch fleeing war-like dragons on another continent settles near Sammy's village and, not realizing the dragons mean her no harm, whips up a scheme to take away the Sammy's fire-breath because he has proven in competititon to be the fiercest fire-breather.
