When two children (Judi and Peeti) who are adjusting to their new home are having challenges every night falling to sleep, they call on the help of their father to read them a bedtime story after their original bedtime routine has ended.
Unfortunately, dad was too lazy to go and get one of the children's books and instead decided to make up a bedtime story using a small flashlight to make shadow puppets.
Out of dad's creative silliness is born two shadow characters: Wall Dog and Shadow Cat.
