This was the result of criminal behavior.

Investment banks illegally bribed rating agencies, so they could offload toxic securities onto third parties.

Private profits and public debt could not work without the marriage between business and state.

But it is not just in banking where the reverse Midas touch of government rears its rotten finger.

Everything from healthcare, to education to the military to even the mail is made more expensive and dysfunctional by government help.

The Left wants big business out of government and the right wants the government out of business.

The blame for which side is corrupting which is faulty logic.

It is the relationship between the two that gives rise to the plutocracy.

Making matters worse, is how the cult of political correctness and SJW outrage culture, turns every issue into a race/sex/prejudice issue.
