Warder (1848-1907) was an American poet, philosopher and author.

He attended the University of Missouri and at the age of 18 was practicing law, going on to become a successful lawyer with an interest in banking.

After moving to Kansas City he continued practicing law, was involved in other financial enterprises and invested in real estate and construction.

He published several volumes of poems and developed his own cosmology theory, writing a number of books on the subject including The New Cosmology (1898) and Invisible Light (1899).
