• Amongst the many excessive regulations implemented, is a restriction preventing artists from travelling and touring outside of the country, a distant death rattle sounds.
• Following a violent catalytic event that plunges the band into a period of isolation and despair, the addictions and dependencies of a life lived on the road spark the deterioration of the band's outspoken and agitational lead singer.
• Is the only remaining answer a desperate act of retribution?
